Small items such as batteries, cases & aerials will fit through your letter box, however we will not be liable for goods that fail to arrive or are lost due to you not being available to recieve them if you do not use the recorded delivery method.

Royal Mail 1st class is 1-3 business days. Most 1st class items arrive within 24-48 hours depending on your location.

Orders received before 4pm Monday-Friday are normally despatched the same day. Oders dispatched by recorded Royal Mail 1st Class Post will need to be signed for. If you are unavailable a card will be left, if your order does not arrive within 3 days please check with your local Royal Mail sorting office in case there is a problem with the delivery. Items are usually kept for 7 days before being returned to us. There will be a charge for redelivery.

Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will "back order" for you. You will be e-mailed with an expected delivery time or the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
